SHLJMP established a Student Grievance Redressal Committee in accordance with AICTE rules 2019 and the Governing Body (GB) with the goal of resolving the problems of students and their parents. On the Institute’s website, there is a link to register a complaints at email@example.com. Students and their parents may now approach the Grievance Redressal Committee and submit / register any grievance online, which will be accessed by the GRC, which will be led by the principal, and appropriate action will be taken, as well as the GRC’s decision, which will be communicated to the complainant. Among the complaints are:
1.granting admission without regard for merit
2.inconsistency in the admissions process
3.refuse to return any certificates or withhold them
4.demand for money in excess of the amount specified
5.a violation of the reservation policy
6.Alleged discrimination complaints (SC/ST, OBC, Women, Minority, or PH)
7.Scholarships to students are not being paid or are being paid late.
8.Examinations may be delayed or results may be delayed.
9.refusing to provide student services
10.refusal to provide high-quality education
11.Evaluation techniques that aren’t transparent or aren’t fair
12.Sexual harassment and victimization of students are examples of harassment and victimization.
13.Fees refunded if admissions are withdrawn, etc.
