CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Over all development is the core idea to organize CCA. So its must for every child to participate in at least one or more activities held in the school. There are various activities like Slogan writing ,Essay writing , painting , Mehandi ,Poster making, Card making, Best out of waste, Collage making,Solo dance, Group dance, Fancy dress, Poetic recitation, Solo song, Group song, Bhajan singing and many other cultural activities. Beside their (Science & Mathematics) quiz are also conducted on various topics to bring into light the hidden talents of the students. Holistic development is our prosily. Further these students are sent for various competitions held in and around our area. Our students have done excellent in various competitions like-
- All India Talent search exam which is held every year, our students of the school participate in it with great zeal every year.
- Participated in National level drawing, handwriting, organized by Akhil Bhartiya Nagarik Vikas Kendira, Aurangabad. 5 students won Gold medals.
- Students who had appeared for Udai Shalani Scolarship 2 students had qualified for it.
- Ms. Veerta won 3rd prize at all India level in slogan writing competition. She was awarded with a cash prize of rupees 25000 by our honorable Ex-President Shri A.P.J Abdul Kalam in 2013 in New Delhi.
- In science model exhibition held at KITM (Kurukshetra Institute of Technology & Management ) won 1st prize of Rs.3100.
- Swatantrata Tarang was celebrated by our school on the eve of Independence Day as Swatantra Tarang in fairam Vidypeeth. Humble Sh. Jagnath Paharia ji (Governor of Haryana ) presided over the function in 2014.
- Our school is the only only school of the area which hosts/organizes district level Inter school competitions on the eve of Gita Jayanti samaroh every year since (2005). In the month of November December. In the premises of Shri Jairam Vidya Peeth.
- More than 1000 students from various school of different District of Haryana take part in different competitions Best out of waste, Poster making , Geeta Shlok Ucharan, Bhajan, Group dance, Quiz Competitions etc.
- Our school aces in having well qualified staff which is must for proper guidance and for child to feel homely.
- In sports our students did us proud by securing medals in state as well as national competitions.
Our students added many feature to the cap winning many medals in different games.
- Our hockey team participated in national level championship tournament.
- For the last 2 years Miss Navjot represented our school at state level, Gurjot and Sneha represented at District level in Hockey.
- Our Volley Ball team U-19 got First position and three of our student’s name of Shilpa, Muskan and Anjali were selected for the state level team.
- In Table Tennis U-18 Yogita won bronze medal.
- In Athletics too our students have maintained their position in clinching gold medal for the past few years.
- In Inter-school skating competition at district level students participated with zeal and sports man spirit Vanshpreet of 5th and Ekjot of IInd emerged as the winners.
- Japians once again made school proud by lifting the Inter-school cricket tournament U-15 category. Sahil of our school was declare best bowler. Nirmal was declare players of the best tournament.
- Our school took part in the Inter school Athletic meet, the athletes once again did not fail to win laurels for the school, In relay race U-19 we won gold medal, In javelin throw U-19 we won silver medal, In triple jump U-19 we were able to clinch 2nd position with silver medal.
- In CBSE cluster meet held at Punjab our student’s performance was remarkable and four of our students won gold medal and made us proud.
